Policies and Procedures
Important Information
All desserts are pre-order no same day orders. No in-store shopping. Pickup and Delivery only after the dessert(s) has been made.

Regular desserts: Orders need to be place at least 2 weeks in advance.

Custom Cakes and Cupcakes: Custom cakes, cupcakes and large orders needs to be place at 1 month in advance. If your order is not picked up or delivered after two days the order will be thrown away. Also we do not ship cakes.
Placing an Order
Before placing an order please get a quote. he order form is for placing actual orders not using it for a quote or inquiring form. Please do not place the order until you know that you are ready to purchase. Also if you place the order and it’s not paid within 24 hours the order will be cancel. Thank you for your cooperation😊
Payment
Payment is due when order is place for all orders $250.00 and under. Orders over $250.00 a non-refundable deposit of half of the amount is due the same day when the order is place. The remaining balance will be due a week prior to pickup or delivery (This only applies if the order was made at least 2 weeks in advance). The payment has to be made on the date that was given or the order will be canceled due to no payment. We will not be able to create your dessert unless we receive entire payment for desserts under $250.00 and the deposit for orders over $250.00. On Rush Orders the entire amount is due the same day when the order is place. No Refunds.
NO REFUND
ECC has a no-refund policy, this pertains to orders that has been placed and received. This also includes damages, (once the customer leaves the premises after pickup), etc.

Pickup
Please provide us with the time of pickup on the order form. If your time changes on the day of pickup please call or text us your new eta. Once you arrive call or text us and someone will bring your order out to your car. Make sure that you pickup at the time that is scheduled if the cake is not picked up by 3:00 pm the customer will have to wait until the next business day to pickup their order.
Delivery & Setup
Please make sure that someone’s at home or at the location for delivery. If this is an event please have the area ready where the cake or deserts needs to be setup. We only do setups for events. You will receive a text message once we are in route. If no one’s home or at the location that was given when we arrive, someone will need to pick up the order.
